
What's Included
You'll learn how to setup and route audio signals in a recording studio, use different microphones and recording technqiues to capture acoustic instruments, and run a recording session with a local musician.

Upon completion of this course you'll have a solid understanding of the tools and techniques used in music production whether you're recording from home or stepping into a commercial studio.


Hands-on Learning
We believe students learn their best when working hands-on. In this course you'll record using an analogue mixing board and Avid Pro Tools digital audio workstation.
Practical Experience
Collaborate with fellow musicians, producers and engineers while building your skills through recording sessions with local Winnipeg artists.
Structured Guidance
Take the guess work out of learning audio engineering, with structured guidance from experienced instructors. Ask questions in real-time and unlock your potential.
